Shipping and payment


We use delivery company Packeta. Your order can be shipped to a Packeta pick up point or you can choose delivery to a specific address (depends on final destination).

The price of shipping also includes packaging. Some of our products are extremely fragile, which is why they need to be given extra care. While doing so we also try to be responsible to our planet, so we are purchasing eco or used materials that would no longer serve anyone.

We try to ship the goods immediately, latest the following working day. In case of customization of products, the time may be extended depending on the complexity of customization. Some of our products are hand made based on the order. You can find time of delivery within details of every product if it is somehow specific.

We do shipping to following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.


On our e-shop we accept payment with MasterCard and Visa cards. If payment fails for any reason, then there is no need to panic or make an order again. After each order, an invoice arrives on the email you provided when placing the order. You can find payment details for a non-cash transfer on this invoice. If you place the same order anyway because of any reason, we will manage it and prepare your order you paid and cancel the first order. 

We ship your ordered items when the amount is credited to the account. You can also track your orders and payment details in the e-shop section > My Account > Orders.
