We specialize in B2B collaboration and our prices are available to all professional photographers and artists who are registered in our e-shop. Prices are therefore not publicly available to your end customers.
We operate exclusively as a wholesale business for photographers and artists. We manually check and approve every application for registration into our e-shop so that only authorized professionals have access to the system.
Once the registration form has been completed a message will appear indicating that your registration form has been sent successfully. Registrations are being approved manually Mondays to Fridays between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We try to verify registrations immediately after receiving but no later than at the end of the next working day. Once your registration has been verified by our employee you will receive an email with your login details.
If you are sure you have provided the correct email and more than 48 hours have passed since you registered, please contact us by email: info@lafolio.cz. We will deal with the situation immediately.
Most of the products are ready to ship within 24 hours. There can be delays for two reasons. First is more complex personalization – for instance creation of brass block with your logo. Second is the amount of products and complexity of the order. For instance one booklet or one foliobox we ship within 24 hours. However, if you order more of these products, for instance 10 pieces production can take longer. If you need the order urgently we recommend to write us an e-mail and specify your requirement. We will try to do our best. We keep updating this page with production time and order status.
